RETURN POLICY
At Lucy & Peter London, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.
- Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
- Please note: We also reserve the right to apply a depreciation fee if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Trying on items is allowed, but extended wear is not accepted.
- Orders placed deliberately in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of them are not permitted.
Return Process
- Register your return via info@lucypeterlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally).
- You return the item at your own expense. Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs duties or additional charges are also the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for parcels lost if tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
